Barthelemy Chollet is a Professor of Management and Technology at GEM. He specializes in the fields of strategic management, technology and innovation management, and production management and operations. Dr. Chollet received the Best PhD Thesis Award from the French Foundation for Management Education and has numerous publications in scientific journals, scholarly periodicals, and chapters in edited books.

Dr. Magnus teaches in the human resource management area at University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). Prior to coming to UNCW, she worked as a Human Resource Manager for a national consulting firm and as an HR Consultant. Dr. Magnus is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Her research interests include team cognition & information sharing, work/family conflict, whistleblower retaliation, counterproductive work behaviors, and organizational training. Her work has been published in a variety of academic outlets, including Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Performance, Group Dynamics: Theory, Research and Practice, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Journal of Business Ethics.
